“This is objectively very bad timing,” Rochell wrote as the caption to a repost of the video.
The player also joked about his new-found status on TikTok, explaining that November 14 is an unlucky day for him.
”When I wake up this morning, this shows up on my timeline,” Rochell said of the Raiders’ tribute video to his brother. “Last year November 14, I was released by the Browns and I looked at my wife and thought, ‘Oh, that’s crazy, a year ago today I was released.’ And then I got this text message. You are joking.’
Rochell managed to stay positive and revealed that he is “excited about the next chapter” of his life and career. According to the player, his wife has to give a week in four weeks.
