Sylvester Stallone and his wife Jennifer Flavin enjoyed some retail therapy on Friday as they admired some luxury watches in Mayfair.

The Rocky legend, 77, enjoyed a shopping spree as the party atmosphere descended on London – and something certainly caught the couple’s attention.

The Expendables star and his beloved wife of 26 years, Jennifer, 55, were spotted shopping at the Maunder Watch.

The store is an independent family business located in Burlington Arcade and specializes in luxury watches.

The Academy Award-nominated actor wore a casual look in a black hoodie and jacket, paired with denim, during his performance.

Sylvester also wore black sunglasses as he walked through the crowd holding hands with his partner.

Meanwhile, entrepreneur Jennifer looked effortlessly stylish in a gray coat with a faux fur collar.

The beauty made sure to dress against the cold weather as she also wore a padded jacket underneath and a black sweater.

Jennifer completed her look with black boots as the pair looked relaxed and cheerful.

Earlier this month, the actor spoke about the “devastating” death of his son Sage – and their strained relationship – in his new Netflix documentary Sly.

Sage, who died of coronary artery disease in July 2012 at the age of 36, played Rocky Balboa’s son Robert in the 1990 film Rocky V.

In the sequel’s storyline, Sage’s character Robert felt neglected as his father focused his efforts on mentoring young boxer Tommy Gunn, played by the late Tommy Morrison.

In the streaming documentary, Sylvester makes some personal revelations, saying that “unfortunately” aspects of the Rocky V plot were harvested from the couple’s real-life relationship.

The Hollywood legend, who wrote the script for the film, which also starred Talia Shire and the late Burt Young, said he would be inspired in his writing to place his characters in places he would have liked to be.

“I’m trying to take something that I actually wish I had done in real life, but in reality I couldn’t,” the three-time Academy Award nominee said. “And so I often did it in a theatrical, magical way… a lot of that is true.”

At the time of the film’s release in November 1990, Stallone had had a torrid career with a decade of hits, including multiple films in the Rocky and Rambo franchises.

“Unfortunately, you put business before your family,” he said in the doctor’s office. “And the consequences are quite radical and devastating.”

Speak with People in 1996, Sage acknowledged the art aspect imitating the life aspect portrayed in Rocky V, citing a scene in the film where he fought his father.

‘When I shouted, ‘You never spent time with me! You never spent time with my mother,’ that was true,’ he said. “I looked my dad straight in the eye and actually said that.”

Sage said that “after the movie, everything changed for the better” for him and his father.

“I took a lot of things out,” he said. ‘We burst into tears a few times. We would do anything for each other.’

Sly includes footage from a Rocky V premiere in which he and his son walked the red carpet.

“There’s a line in the movie: ‘I’m so glad he was born because now I can live through your eyes,’” Stallone said at the premiere, as seen in the documentary. “That, I think, is what fathers look to for their children. It is an extension of a piece of immortality.

‘As long as he lives, your memory will always remain alive, that you did something right. I mean, that’s what you hope for.’

In August 2012, Stallone said Good morning America that it was ‘very hard’ when he came to terms with the loss of his son.

“Hopefully time will heal, and you try to get through it, but it’s just something,” he said. ‘It’s a reality of life. I think it’s important to go back and relive your life. Otherwise you can end up in a spiral.’

The Tulsa King star is also father to daughters Sophia, 27, and Sistine, 25, and Scarlet, 21, with Jennifer. He has two sons with first wife Sasha Czack, 73 – Seargeoh, 44, and Sage.
