She explained: ‘My best friend and I went away, then we took months to explore new places, to have so much fun, to laugh until we couldn’t breathe, to make myself feel good again.

‘And it worked. I unexpectedly got a date with a man named Sam. I barely had a clue who he was, I had actually never watched ANY of the shows he was on, all I had heard were great things from mutual friends about how nice he was, like a few people I knew that had worked with him.

‘The best part was that we didn’t know anything about each other. We were inseparable from the day we met. And I couldn’t ask for a more wonderful person!’
