They suggested that the training was an act and that ‘[in reality] if they gain more weight, they simply undergo surgery again.’
Cardi didn’t take too kindly to this, as she was extremely candid about the surgeries and cosmetic procedures she had undergone over the years.
She previously admitted that she had done so four breast enlargements, liposuction, a nose job and illegal silicone butt injections that she has almost completely removed.

Cardi didn’t take too kindly to this, as she was extremely candid about the surgeries and cosmetic procedures she had undergone over the years.
In response, Cardi said she trains to “maintain” her results while building muscle and reducing visceral fat — two things that can’t be achieved with surgery.
“How vocal have I been about my procedures???” she started.
‘The thing is, I’m not gaining much weight, so I’m trying to gain MUSCLE because it’s hard for me to keep fat…
‘There is also such a thing as visceral fat… It is fat that grows under the muscle and you cannot make lipo from it. All you can do is get rid of it!’ Cardi explained.
‘THAT’S WHY YOU SEE BAGS ON LIPO GIRLS. YOU HAVE TO MAINTAIN IT!’
Cardi has ramped up her fitness routine following the birth of her son Wave in 2021.
In a video diary shared earlier this year, she gave fans a glimpse into her rigorous “two hours a day” routine.
She understands that people may wonder why she works out despite liposuction, and once again cited visceral fat as her motivation.
She also aims to have “toned thighs” and “be as flexible as I was before I had my son.”

Cardi shares Wave and five-year-old daughter Kulture with her husband, rapper Offset, 31.
Cardi underwent surgery last year to remove the biopolymers from her behind.
‘In August I had surgery and removed 95% of my biopolymers… if you don’t know what it is, it’s a bull’s-eye.
“It was a very crazy process,” she said at the time.
‘All I’m going to say is when you’re young, when you’re 19, 20, 21, and sometimes you’re too skinny, and you’re like, “OMG, I don’t have enough fat to put in my a**” so you’re gonna get a** shots, DON’T!’ Cardi urged her fans on Instagram Live.
During her pre-fame days as a stripper in New York City, she once had her derriere illegally injected with silicone in a basement.
Years ago, she said she got the illegal butt augmentation in part because a man dumped her for a woman with “a big, big ass**.”
There was also a financial incentive for the procedure, as she noticed other strippers with bigger butts managed to outdo her, she said. GQ.

After getting her injections in the basement for $800, she was in such terrible pain that I felt like I was going to pass out, plus the implants leaked for five days.
After her daughter was born, Cardi underwent liposuction and a breast augmentation, only to swear off cosmetic surgery in 2019 after the recovery process from her various procedures forced her to cancel a series of concert appearances.
Soon after, she changed course, getting a nose job in 2020 and having ‘my body done’ in 2021 after Wave’s birth.
