Tiffany Haddish, 43, is seen for the FIRST TIME since her DUI arrest as she leaves the Laugh Factory in Long Beach… after she fell asleep at the wheel in the middle of the street

Tiffany Haddish was spotted for the first time since she was reportedly arrested for driving under the influence as she left the Laugh Factory in Long Beach on Friday night.

The comedian, 43, was notably placed in handcuffs in the early hours of Friday morning in Beverly Hills after performing a set at the Laugh Factory venue in West Hollywood on Thanksgiving.

According to TMZpolice reportedly found Tiffany asleep behind the wheel while parked in the middle of Beverly Drive.

However, the star appeared to put the incident aside as she took the stage for another set in Long Beach.

Haddish was seen donning a striking red satin ensemble, and as she left the venue, she sat next to producer Jeff Beacher in the backseat of a car.

Her makeup was glamorous for the nighttime excursion and the Girls Trip actress added a pair of silver dangling earrings for an eye-catching flare to the look.

Just hours before her visit to Long Beach, Tiffany was arrested Friday morning in a very suspicious circumstance, according to TMZ.

Police found the Hollywood comedienne asleep behind the wheel of her car while it was still running.

The vehicle was located in the middle of the busy Beverly Drive street, full of stores such as Pottery Barn and Sephora.

The call came at around 5:45 am from a concerned citizen concerned about the actress sleeping in her car in the early hours of the morning. Haddish allegedly “fell over the steering wheel while the car was moving,” the site claimed.

This is a second DUI arrest for the star who was found sleeping in her car in Georgia in January 2022.

DailyMail.com did not immediately hear back from Tiffany’s representatives to comment on the situation.

She was cited for driving under the influence and is expected to be released later today.

In a video obtained by TMZ, the actress was seen wearing a pink floral print sleeveless top, dark pants and her hair worn very short. Her hands were behind her back and cuffed as she was escorted to a patrol car.

The site said her arrest was “peaceful” and without resistance.

Before she fell asleep at the wheel of her car, Tiffany tried to make people laugh.

She had performed a stand-up set at The Laugh Factory on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood for the club’s 43rd annual free Thanksgiving party for the community.

This isn’t the first time she’s been arrested for falling asleep at the wheel of a car.

In January 2022, she was arrested for drunken driving in Peachtree City, Georgia, under similar circumstances. According to her, the Night School actress was found ‘dozing in the driver’s seat’ of her car TMZ.

The star had been in Georgia shooting the film Haunted Mansion with co-stars Owen Wilson and Rosario Dawson for Walt Disney Productions.

Officers told the site they believed she had smoked marijuana. Police approached the star’s vehicle after a concerned citizen called about a woman sleeping in her car.

After officers woke her up, she was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and stopping in a roadway in a manner not safe for traffic.

Apparently, Tiffany — who split from musician Common in November 2021 — didn’t pull off the road properly for her nap.

Haddish was taken to police headquarters and was in custody for “a few hours,” according to the site. She appeared to have been in custody from 4 a.m. to 6:30 a.m.

A few weeks after the arrest, she commented on the incident during an appearance The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.

“I can say this, Jimmy. I prayed to God to send me a new husband. A good man. And God went ahead and sent me four…in uniform,” she humorously recalled to the talk show host.

The star added, “And now I have a really good lawyer, and we’re going to work it out. I need to ask God for my things a little better!’
